FOUNDER
Marc Edwards brings more than 14 years of experience across enterprise IT asset management and technology governance. His work has included hardware lifecycle governance, ServiceNow and CMDB environments, asset and configuration-data reconciliation, audit support, exception and risk reporting, process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional technology operations.
He has worked in large enterprise environments where asset records, operational processes, procurement, security, financial accountability, and technology platforms must work together—and where an unsupported assumption can become an audit, operational, or executive-reporting problem.
Through iTechByDesign, Marc helps organizations establish clearer ownership, validate controls and evidence, improve confidence in technology data, and determine what should happen before additional tools or automation are introduced.
